Pedestal Pop Up Technique

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!
You may have recalled me sharing a technique last year called the Pedestal Pop Up.  I originally created it for a CPC class HERE.  This time around, I wrote the tutorial for Splitcoast Stampers.  Check out my written tutorial HERE.  The butterflies and greeting are from the Inspired by Stamping set called Butterfly Wings.  The flower was created using a Nestability die with some Stampin' Up! punches.  The video tutorial is embedded below.
