Monster Mash treat box

This little guy was fun to make.  Once again, I got to use some more of my Peachy Keen stamps to make his cute face.  I added highlights to his eyes with a white uni-bal gel pen.  Make a treat tube following instructions HERE.

To create the little monster, you will need the following Stampin' Up! punches:

Ornament - head
Wide Oval - body and arms
2 Step Bird - ears
1" Circle - horns
Word Window - legs
Boho Blossoms - hands and feet
punch body pieces in certainly celery.  I used a printed paper for the horns.

1) clip the bottom off the ornament.  Punch half of the wide oval.  Line up the punch over the punched hole and punch the arm.  Punch another arm.  Cut one word window in half for the legs.  Clip 2 of the petals off of the 5 petal flower from boho blossoms to create a hand.  Clip between the petals to form fingers.  Trim the large flower from boho blossoms to create the foot.  Punch 2 wing pieces with the 2 step bird punch for the ears.  Sponge the edge of all pieces with wild wasabi ink.

2) punch half of the 1" circle in black.  Line up the punch over the hole and punch again to create a half moon.  Cut the piece in half to form 2 horns.

3) stamp face onto ornament.  Add white to eyes with uni-bal gel pen.  Glue ears and horns onto head.  Mount head onto body with dimensional.  Glue on arms.  Attach hands with dimensionals.  Glue on legs and attach feet with dimensionals.

I stamped the greeting onto rich razzleberry with a Rubbernecker stamp.  Punch out with modern label.  One end of the box is fastened with a satin pumpkin ribbon.

How cute is he! I also love the Peachy Keen stamps, I'm just a bit overwhelmed with the numerous face sizes. I bought several sizes, hope I have a good variety to use. Tks for sharing, love your blog you always have such great ideas. Keep up the great work!

I love your blog site. I'm pretty new to stamping and scrap booking.
I was wondering in your scrap session today you mentioned SCAL. Would you please let me know what that stands for?
Thanks so very much-----
