Project Inspiration 6-19-15

I'm planning a fun weekend at the Dells with my daughter.  My last week off before I start my new job next week.  It will be exciting (but rather confusing at first) to be working downtown. I will try to schedule my posts ahead so there aren't gaps between posts.  I hope you all are enjoying this beautiful summer.  So far, it has been perfect with sun, temps and rain when we need it.

Great cards and projects today. I love the new bows. I bought a set of dies to make bows, but I stumbled onto a You Tube video that showed how to make the same kind of bows using the We R Memory envelope maker, which I also have. Great for those who don't have bow making punches or dies but have the envelope maker (one of my fav tools to have now. When I add paper bows to my cards that are going through the mail, I cut and roll small pieces of foam and put in the loops of the bows to keep them poofy through the mail process. Works great and doesn't add any weight to speak of.

Thanks, also, for sharing the masculine card ideas. Just so happens I have a masculine birthday card to make this week and I struggle with manly cards. I much prefer cards for females so I can girly them up.

So glad to be getting your posts again. I'm so enjoying them.
